Stellaria media, also called chickweed. If you look around,you might still find some flowering. Apparently it is edible, but personally I never tried it.

it is supposed to be high in vitamin C. Nice work. Very realistic.

Really? Huh. I think I'll stick with sauerkraut as my go-to source for Vitamin C, but that's good to know.
