It'd work like this: I design a character for Sunday, then upload it for the week. I think I'll use a random number generator system for determining the winner. I'll number the comments and whichever number comes up is the winner. Then the character is yours to do whatever you want with, but I'd appreciate it if you don't re-distribute them and acknowledge that they were created by me.
