Hey michy :3 this looks AWESOME :D. Okay so i was thinking, why dont we do thirty days of stretching ONLY then do thirty days of stretching WITH cardio?, that way you dont over work your body, and we bolth get into a good stretching habbit, cause i've been bad and havnt been stretching everyday, i need a reson or goal to do things... So if you wanna do it that way or the original idea, i dont care either way :), but you still will get trimed up either way, but wont be burning "fat" with out the cardio stuff. Iv done jillian michles[sp] thirdy day shred, and when i got to level two, my ancles CILLED me, so i dont like heavy cardio work outs :/. Or you can do the cardio in your ruteen. Anyway it dont matter to me, im still here for you :3 i can tell you the cardio ruteen iv come up with, they are not hard at all, but the start date is the 8th of this mounth, and ends the 7th of next mounth, if thats too soon we can move it up k :).
