Two years ago today the cutest racer/president was introduced through the movie Wreck-it-Ralph! A collaboration between me and Concept-of-Infinity!!!! She's an amazing artist and friend!! You should totally check out her gallery!! :D The candy in the first layer, to the right, is an artisan rolled wafer. :p

That background... It's so wonderful... Also, the colors are nice! The green part of the background gives a diagonal echo to Vanellope's sweater, and the pink mountains give a diagonal echo to her hairtie.

But you said it yourself--/everyone/ has their own style, so do you! The way you draw hair and how you shade, the shapes of faces you give your characters, how you pose them, and one of my favorite parts: how you draw eyes. It's a beautiful style! Anyway, I just need to spend more time on it to get it just right (or, you know, close enough :p )

I just got my braces off this morning (yay!) and now I can't stop fiddling with my retainer... It just feels so weird!
