So it's just a case of depression? Yeah.... Been there. Most recently this afternoon. Ik what it's like. Everything isn't going your way then you get images of cutting and su!cide. As for me, I got an image of covering my head with a black trash bag and then just suffocating, relieving everyone of the burden I cause. When that image happens I just wait it out. There's nothing else to do. My advice to you would be to seek out professional help. Likely your issue has to do with brain chemical imbalances but idk. A doctor can find out for sure
