Conductor of Time by DRAG0NY
Okey Dokey, so CoT is the creator of the Lockkey World, but although he created it, he's almost never there. You see, he travels to many other worlds and galaxys. He allowed Queenie and Trouble to rule the world while he was gone, but never returned until way later.
The world soon divided into Good and Evil, and when he did return he took his control on the world by locking areas with different powers.
