re: YAY im so glad, no worries i love food to, my mum should get paid for her AWESOME cooking and baking >u<. Ok so the way i stretch is i start by touching my toes, feet to gether, the apart so that if i turn one foot in it will touch the other, then two feet apart, hold each for ten seconds[ or more if you like the strech]. Then i sit on the floor, in a half indian style, so one leg is curled in and one strate out, reach as far as you can you will probably only be able to reach the base of t-your foot with your hand but thats fine, DO NOT force your self to stretch all the way, good way to hurt your self badly. Start this stretch with toes up and bent twords you, and reach as far as you can to touch them, the point your toes out in frount like a bellerina[sp] and reach, then with your foot strate up, aim to grab the outside of your foot as far as you can reach, repeat on bolth. Now do the same with feet together [hold every stretch for ten seconds --

Now do what is called a butterfly stretch, pull your legs in so that the bottom of your feet are together, like an uncrossed indian style sit, and scoot forwords a bit , then with bolth hands grab your toes and lean forwords, use your elbows to push your knees down a bit for a deeper stretch, the goal is to touch your forhead to the floor, im not to that point yet XD. stand back up, and touch your toes feet closed, then stand strate and stretch your back, just put your palms on your back and lean back, my back cramps after being bent over for so long so i do this and it helps. Do this ruteen for thirty days, i will look on my calender and get a start and finish for us :3 also get a tonening ruteen k :]
