The Cyborg Delphox by agonizekrom
Traced from a sketch. This is the Pokemon who initially started the cyborg program. He even got some of his own scientists to give him cyborg parts after an 'accident'. Why does he need all these cyborgmon? Fun fact: He was originally going to be a Kadabra. Funny thing... I have no name for him... yet. :/ Any suggestions? :)
