thx for the follow :) and no i dont have arthritis but my doctor said i will probably develope it in the future. however i do have plica syndrom (tissue that never shrunk in my knees that gets caught and snaps on things in my knee when i walk or run) and my knees r extremely double jointed so when i stand they bend backwards and sideways which repeatedly gives me tendonitis. i cant balance if my knees dont bend or lock backwards cuz they r too loose. yah my legs r messed up XD
