Ambystoma Tigrinium by HerpMajor

First attempt at something realistc, never finished the background. This is the Tiger salamander, the only salamander we have here in Colorado. Because of the extremely arid environment, these animals spend most of their time underground, and can usually only be found hiding under rocks or logs, or in the mouths of old prairie dog burrows on rainy nights, like this one. Oh, and as a side note, the study of reptiles and amphibians is known as herpetology, which is where I got HerpMajor XD
