This is Merak from Azure Striker Gunvolt, a game developed by Inti Creates. Merak is lazy but brilliant, possesing the ability wormhole. His septimal power is held in the glaive known as the Unwavering Spirit. He acts as the battle strategist of Sumeragi and likes to play Realms of Robocraft.
