Anyways, we're 3/4 of the way there with the main cast!
Here's Brenton, the Calorian trainer and the ship's pilot. His Lokaiju are a baby phoenix (Travel)and the phoenix's mother (Battle).
Being from Calor, Brenton grew up with a rough childhood and no parents. As so, he had to adapt to the harsh environment both physically and mentally. Physically, he's one of the strongest members on board, next to Terran, and is great at welding and fixing things on the ship, also next to Terran. He's pretty beat up, too, and has quite a large scar on his chest that he's pretty sensitive about. Mentally, he's become hot-headed (HA!) and cocky. He usually speaks too fast for his friends to comprehend, and I imagine him having a stereotypical Brooklyn (I think) or something accent.
As a kid, he grew up in the streets poor and hungry, and had a small band of friends that regularly stole food from the street vendors. After several bigger crimes, (This happens when he's older) he was caught and thrown in jail and was given a brand. (That's what the scar is from. Calorian punishment is harsh.) His friends eventually had to bail him out, though.
Despite his flaws, he has tried to help in the past. He got his two Lokaiju after saving a baby phoenix, and the mother was so grateful that she allowed herself to be his Battle Lokaiju.
