The 3D is terrible and hurts your eyes.
They get broken so easily.
The 10 play coin per day limit on XL only.
Play coins in general. They break the fourth wall and ruin the feel of games.
So many in-game purchases.
They get all smelly.
The pictures you take with the camera are such low quality.
Random "presents" on the home menu.
Flipnote 3D is over a year late.
The small ones have tiny batteries.
The screens get all scatched up unless you buy a screen protector.

Tiny disciptions.
Pointless censors.
5 number limit.
Miiverse.
Puzzleswap is just an advritising gimmick.
You can't delete notifications.
That one swapnote notification that's always at the top of my list.
Normal DS / DSi games allow you to use the circle pad as the Dpad, which can cause glitches.
The internet browser is terrible.
Parental controls can't be disabled.
Start & Select were fine where they were on the DS & DSi.
The location of the stylus on the small one.
It gets all sweaty.
Adjusting the brightness requires you to go to the home menu.
Pop-up when turning it off can't be disabled thus is redundant.
The "new" 3DS is also redundant.
Keep in mind this is just my opinion, and my opinion is usually pretty bad.

I love 3DS, but I can understand what you mean. Especially the small battery thing, mine always needs charging.

I hate where they put the game slot, the stylus slot, and yes, definitely the volume. ^

And the outer frame of the touch screen leaves markings on the top screen whenever you close it. That might only be on the small 3DS though. I don't have an XL model yet.

I think we're all going to have to get the N3DS eventually; And I hope that one is better.
I am DEFINITELY going to get the N3DS because I want MH4U.

Trahan11, I'm not sure how well your 3DS is holding up, but my first one already broke after a year. I wonder how much longer this one will last. Also I am pretty sweaty. Or mabye I just use my 3DS after I shower a lot...
