Long-is ago, something went terribly wrong, and two raccoon-folk found their hearts not beating, their brains not buzzing, and their littl'un left in the care of the otter-folk who was unaware that she'd be babysitting the li'l raccoon baby for 14 years. Now, Emerald Ore is a bit of an outcast in the Rapids household, but still holds a place in the family.
