What kind of super powers does she have?

Good question...and hard at the same time. That is still not decided by me, but what we have so far is that she wears this mysterious cape, and its the fountain of her powers, not only that but shes a skillful person. So she combines them and thats what makes her unique.

So, i'm guessing her cape can shape-shift and block bullets? Oh, can she fly with it or only glide with it? Also will you be drawing more pictures of her?

I will draw more from her that i will, and the cape....mmm it doesnt exactly do that, but what is known so far is that it comes from another dimmension. Nightmare uses it to disappear within it and the cape as well and that makes it easier to escape and sneak from behind enemies, think of the cape as a portal. No hahaha she can glide with that, nor fly.
