I just thought of something that would be cool. You could make this wolf hominid human creature a medical patient holding his/her hands on a fogged window -grotesquely transfigured into a half human freak.

Giant repile like jaw with a gnarly tongue, claws, slit pupils, canines - all blurred behind the glass door thing. Perhaps a staggered creepy stance, one clawed hand scratching the glass, other hanging limply, a shock of black hair draped over one eye with one wolf eye glowing in the darkness. Sound cool?
