I guess one would bonsai a succulent as any other plant. They look sooooo cool though. Google it - they are freaking awesome.

To ask if it has meaning is a question of spirituality. Without God, it has none. Life can, however, take on the meaning you ascribe towards it.
The meaning of life is not something to be understood by the likes of man. What meaning it does have cannot be said of all mankind - it is subjective.
I cannot answer your question to the fullest extent that I'm willing to go, I'll just respond. I could write an entire essay on this, but you were probably seeking a overly simplified answer or were just joking. In short, I have no sufficient answer for you. The most important thing in life, though, would undoubtedly be happiness and human relationships.
