While Flan probably has the best part in Bad Apple she is from the bullet hell series Touhou.
Nice drawing nya-nya. I'm not sure what the contest is about but best of luck!

Yes, they do. They *are* vamps, you know.... Though, I don't think Flannie really does, leaving her to destroy her prey mercilessly. Or so I've heard. ^.^;

From what I understand, Remi never takes enough blood to cause permanent harm to anyone as shes a light eater. The people she does get are provided by Yukari as per a deal not to attack the human village (or a certain Miko will come knocking). In Flans case, she doesn't know where her food comes from as she's been locked away for most her life. People to her are toys rather than food (and her toys don't last long O.O). I may be slightly off but there is some fun facts about Touhou characters in "Perfect Memento in Strict Sense".
