It actually is a bit like Groudon.
If Groudon had to live in the water to regulate its body temperature, had multiple volcanoes on its back that shot out meteors, and had lava for its stomach, then you basically have Dire Miralis. o:

that figurine has since been lost and i really want to find it, since i love venomoth even more than i did when i was little

MH4's ダラ、アヤデュラ 「Dara Amadyura」made for a much more exciting final battle than Dire Miralis. I made a painting of the two fighting once before, but I need to repaint Dara. I really misjudged its looks from the screen shots from way back when.

biggest monster i know of is the Dalamadur, King Snake elder dragon etc, Its Supposedly 4400meters in length
