So, @Infinite_thoughts said to talk about how to cope with depression.
So, here are a few ways to cope with depression
-Listen to positive music (I know that when you're depressed you just want to listen to depressing music and be sad, but if you wanna be happier than listen to some positive or relaxing music)
-Sleep (just sleep and ignore the rest of the world)

-Talk to someone (talk to someone that you trust, tell them how you've been feeling, just let it all out)
-write it and light it (this is kind of fun, on a sheet of paper, write down everything negative in your life, grab a lighter then take it outside, perferrably away from anything flamable, and light that b-tch on fire and watch it burn it will give you an odd satisfaction. If you can't burn it then rip into tiny little pieces or scrunch it into a ball and throw it as far as possible)
-do some excerscise (excerscising gives you endorphans which are happy checmicals)

i have a tendancy to listen to nothing but sad, depressing music when i'm feelin under the weather, but I need to stop doing that cx
