#PhantomX #mech HighRollor is a phantom mech whoses body is something like a wheel.In the palm of his hands are dragon-like gun which it uses for long range attacks.when he needs to change direction he'll retract his guns halfway until they meet with the rest of his hand to than slam one of them into the ground to go in the direction that he needs to.When his body is glowing he's able to break thru most objects with ease.He has the ability to warp but doesn't do it most of the time.
