My dad said something really cool.
"Some paintings are drawn to give people the feeling that something is missing, even though it's already complete."
It was cool because I have worries about my work being unfinished, & he helped ease my mind that "unfinished" was also an ok art form.

I forget which poet said it but he said"I never finish a poem I just give up on improving them" I think painting is the same way. This painting is beautiful.
