I feel horrible.
I've had to take sick days from work because I'm up all night with a un-ending cluster migraine....DX
I feel like total sh.it...
I think I might check myself into a hospital....

I'd try Tylenol at first(if you haven't yet), and then probably call the doctor. Migraines suck. I hope you feel better!
