I second that. Dots and Lines are old... And too easy. Animations are ok though. Some are pretty creative.

It would be really nice to be rid of them. Who the hell keeps voting for copies of the GUI? It's like on Newgrounds how any crappy flash vid containing Mario automatically get a good rating.

What's wrong with dots? i have many paintings done with dots...i think it's just how it looks like not how u do it or what things u use. i've seen many great paintings wich have used just simple techniques...so i don't fully agree. Ofcourse i think there r many paintings wich r just garbage but if it looks nice then i don't care what u used to do it :)

I can't fully agree with you, at this time, many people post bad "art" in the gallery, but look at, for example, Kds1183's dot and line paintings, you have to admit that they are pretty, good, no?

Although, animation paintings are NOT useless. They are really cool to watch!! But yes paintings that beg for stars are very annoying!! Dots are still in!! Sort of!!
