I don't have a lot of vocabulary to praise in English, but this is really great, and I like this drawing very much! Not only the character itself, but also polka-dotted background make this girl so sweet! Nice smile and name Mia-chan is nice name! Mia maybe 美亜 or 美愛 in Japanese.美 means beauty, 愛 means love. 亜 means derive or receive from the top.
