This guy is a request from Yoshi-Dragon. I tried to actually put effort into this guy and detail him as much as possible. But I wasn't focusing on the background, and I suck at backgrounds anyways. Hope you all like it.

Silverseer you're so great at dragon's! I was wondering if you could make a realistic Latios pic if it's not too much trouble. I've searched everwhere for one but can't find a one that looks both real and like a traditional Latios. You what Latios is Right?
