Well the detail is pretty much well done. Shadowing as well is pretty much nicely done. Maybe you can add a darker shade for the hair

Very nice design. It's pretty creepy. Try making the neck thinner. Looks great by the way.

The character Crona from the manga soul eater looks... mostly like that.
But this drawing is pretty cool.
