The last manga surprised me D: I didn't know Sasuke actually understood what Naruto was doing. He confe.ssed this and before confe.ssed that he was his only best friend. WHY IS HE TRYING TO KI.LL HIM?!?! Naruto also said Sasuke was his only best friend! I'd feel so honored if I were Sasuke considering how many friends Naruto has. I love mutual feelings uwu

Kishi is a nice troll... I think Sasuke always knew deep down inside but he had no reason to accept it until he made his decision. Sasuke is just trying to make a fresh start and Naruto unfortunately has part of the tailed beast in him which causes conflict. He'd probably end himself when he's done...
