Neither Darkrai nor Victini are Psychic and Dark.
By the way, don't get your hopes up. There are uncountable amounts of fanmade Pokemon out there, and the creator of Pokemon won't just accept it.
Try presenting the Pokemon with better grammar in the description, and make the photo look better.
You may just get credit.
