If you have a friend/relative who doesn't know about or understand your anxiety, and you want them to understand or at least know what to do if they are ever with you when you have an Anxiety attack, then here are some easy steps that will hopefully help you with helping them understand.
Step one, Talk About It: Sit them down and tell them you have some anxiety issues and that sometimes, if you are in an anxious or stressful environment, you will have an Anxiety attack.

Tell them which environments do or don't cause anxiety for you (i.e. loud crowded places, being surrounded by strangers, etc., etc.)
Step two, Explain What Happens: Explain and demonstrate what it feels and looks like when you have an Anxiety attack, so that they are able to identify it if you have one and are too nervous to speak (my mom is so good at identifying my Anxiety attacks that most of the time she knows when I'm having one before I even notice it). Also tell them how long your anxiety attacks can last (I once had one that lasted an hour and a half :D )
Step three, Tell Them What To Do: Tell them what you want them to do if you ever have an Anxiety attack while they're with you (and maybe show them a certain post called "What To Do If Someone Has An Anxiety Attack" over on my personal account @ShadowWaffle)
Step four: Answer any questions they might have, to the best of your abilities.
(hope this helps)
