Yep Suds wanted to be like his mama by wearing something around his neck.
An orange ribbon!
Okay truth be told, I wasn't planning on giving Suddles an item but I had this unnamed Wooper plushie on my desk next to my laptop so I realized I was gonna make it Suddles. The plush itself had an orange ribbon so I gave it to Suddles and now Suds is on my desk.
