Now we all feel anxious or afraid sometimes, we all have sleepless nights and we all panic about things. But that doesn't mean we all have an Anxiety Disorder. Imagine feeling panicky everyday, imagine feeling like you're never trying hard enough and like you have to impress eveyone around you. Imagine getting worried or upset over the simplest things (one time I was so stressed out/anxious that I cried when I dropped a pencil) That's what having an Anxiety Disorder is like.
I've had an Anxiety Disorder pretty much all of my life, but I didn't know about it until recently and I have only recently started taking medication for it. Living with Anxiety can be hard, I used to not be able to go anywhere without being anxious and/or having an anxiety attack. But I've learned to cope with it and I've learned what to do if I ever have an anxiety attack when I'm alone, which is what we will be learning about tomorrow!
(I hope this was helpful)
