This is just a little bit of what we said. Most of it was just a back and forth of "Lemme walk you" and "No, I'm gonna wait".
I don't understand why this sort of thing has happened to me twice within 12 months, where a guy sits with me at lunch and ends up with a crush on me. I don't get it.

Hey, man, if you're a boy who likes games, art, and anime, and you find a girl who likes games, art, and anime, you'll probably end up smitten because most other girls will think you're a nerd for what you like.
Don't take it too seriously. If you have to, drop some friendzoning hints. :P My impression is that he'd barely bat an eye toward you if it weren't for the common interests.

Uh...not that you aren't attractive, just...you know what I mean, haha. Teenage boys can inadvertently be a bit shallow sometimes. He really likes talking to you and he might be confusing that with really liking *you*.
