One- He's the head detective trying to hunt down ?. And
Two- He loves work.
... And by loves work, I mean he LOVES work. He loves it so much you could ship it with him. So much that if a person and his paperwork were about to fall off a cliff and he could only save one you can bELIEVE THAT PAPERWORK WILL BE SAFE YEah. He's married to his work. Because work is his senpai okay I'm done. X'D
