The glitch effect is really easy tbh. I'm bad at explaining it but I'll try.
Basically, You just copy your drawing to the layer either in front of your drawing or behind and turn on your 3D. Get the eraser and put it on a low size. Then just go over the drawing side to side. (the one layer above the other. Leave the one behind it as is.) (On the size, I prefer to use one slightly above the lowest size then go over it on the smallest size.)
I hope I explained it correctly. c: You could also watch the playback on a glitched painting and move the analog (correct word??) stick thingy to the side so you see all the layers I'm using, Just make sure your 3D is on. (The round button thingy.)
