Part of a failed expirement of giving flight to humans Mando was turned into a hybrid Diffrent than other hybrid humans...He's not trying to kiII humanty, he's protecting it. Other human-animal hybrids turned against humanity and are trying to wipe them out. Mando managed to not get corrupt some way... Mando has two weapons on his hands they are sharp. Although they are made of steel rather than hummingbird beak.
