its a great painting. I know everyone has different techniques at tackling art but maybe you should draw a layout of the face first, just to get the proportions right and straight. I think you could improve.

yeah, looking on the computer it doesnt look right. idid draw a saorta layout thing, but it was 2 big so i went with theflow
