There are a lot of things hidden in here, including your Dare characters, so I can really see the effort that went into it. It's possible that people just haven't been on Colors much. I know that's the case for me. I last uploaded something three months ago (July). Also, some people subscribe to a lot of people and art gets lots in their feed unless they check multiple times a day. I've also noticed that most artists get around 5-7 percent the number of likes compared to followers. For example, if they have ten followers, they will most often get no likes. If they have a hundred followers, they get five likes, if they have a thousand followers, they get fifty, if they are The Cartoon Guy and have three thousand followers, they get a couple hundred likes. Of course, this varies, sometimes less or more depending on the day and the art, but most artists have ninty to ninty-five percent "ghost followers" because most people have lives outside Colors. This doesn't help, but it makes sense.
I'm actually still trying to make an animation on how to make smooth 3D (animations take me a long time and I tend to do other things instead), but I'd say for adding details that I first draw the basic shapes and then either shading or texture. For example, if you draw fur with very slightly different shades of the same color or grass with different shades of green or if you add a design to a shirt, those little details help a lot. It's really about patience and adding things you see when you look around you. Like, if you look at your hands and notice the lines where your fingers bend or the way your bedspread looks wrinkled, you add those kind of details to part of your painting. If you have a more specific type of detail you feel like you want or are missing, let me know and maybe I can help.
