Okay, this is a Wacom tablet related question. I am planning to buy one, but I am concerned about one thing.

Does the Wacom tablet require a computer to draw? Can you still draw without a computer?

I want a tablet so I can start practicing drawing anime there. I can draw on paper, but not on Colors. So,I wanted a Wacom Cintiq Companion because it has a screen, but its EXPENSIVE , v , I can't afford that.

If you know the answer, please tell me.
