This guy is the one in my world that creates the holidays. mostly x-mas, halloween, ect.
Almost everyone knows him. He also has a very large group of minions he has created, named after himself, that help him out through X-mas, Halloween and Easter. He has a personality disorder and can be very bipolar. Though his personality glitches a lot through Halloween, the time no one really wants to see him.
He also tends to have...Drinking habits on those days.
