@PSTP: I wanted him to have the same sky blue shade as the Sonic that appeared in the cut scenes in Sonic CD.

He's far from that bright blue in the in the cutscenes of Sonic CD... But okay.

Looks much darker to me. But that doesn't matter much anyway because it's still a nice drawing.
