he can only use his hydrokinesis on a molecular scale... he learns to harm other trolls through ruputuring cells. idk how he quite does this yet... holding on to someone in a fight would be tedious, but just being able to mind do it from a distance may be a lil op... he is v weak w/ this power tho since hes only used it on plants.

maybe he just mind do it, but its v draining and i guess itd be tricky to master on the spot. his hands can enhance the process tho.
