Sigh glanced at Neo. "Y-yeah... Same as her.." he muttered. "Sorry."

Quit glanced at Little Star if he messed up quite a bit. "Eehh, I'm sorry, I don't know.. Uh, the culture here.." he said.

Neo considered it a while before placing her paw tenatively on the wood. She stood there for squemish moments, waiting for it to descend.

Star blinked at him. "Oh... I guess I don't either." She chuckled uncomfortably. "Only coming out at night can do that to you." She shifted on the bench, longing to be out of the open. Never know if the police know my face or not." She stood up and strode across the park as if she had a purpose, looking back at Quit, inviting him to follow.

Star giggled. "That's why I don't wear shoes." She then abruptly turned and sprinted towards the nearest building, hoping that the owner wouldn't mind an uninvited guest in their cellar.

The elivater dinged and vana steped out into what looked like a second house "welp here it is, the savest place on earth, the save room is more like a house, it has 4 bed rooms two baths.. yes the is pluming so theres a kitchen, and theres a green house type backyard. My dad wanted to go all out heheh" avana walked into the living room a floped onto the coutch turning on the tv "cable to haha!" she giggled

Quit glanced as she dove into the cellar. "A-are you sure?.." he said to the small theif.

Sigh was amazed that there was a elevator. "W-wow.." he whispered.

Neo immediately rushed to the greenhouse to admire the plants, even if they were just common garden veggies and flowers. She was giddy, remembering her days as a field botanist, trekking into the forests to collect and catologue species.

vana giggled fallowing neo "theis is my favorite part, its self sustaining[sp] so it waters its self...my dad was a geinis[sp] that why we were so rich" she said dreamily

Star popped her head out of the small grate. "Mmm... maybe not. The guy lives down here, it looks like... or he has sl.aves. Either one." She hauled herself out and brushed herself off. "Do you have any ideas? Maybe your tall friend has some." She glanced around, pondering her options and with a sudden flame of inspiration, she suddenly had hope. "I think I remember something that my mother said one time... that my father was some sort of.... important person. Like a lawyer or a firefighter or something. But I can't remember quite exactly what she said..." She huffed with dissapointment.

Neo shrugged. "All it takes is some pipes to channel in rainwater and some solar lights and BAM. Garden. I have one in my home." She turned from Avana to some fresh, plump gourds, admiring them. "Though I admit, it is doing better than mine." At this, she laughed.

Quit pondered for a second, then spoke up. "Hmm.. Now, this may sound stuipid, but listen." he cleared his throat. "He could be the MAYOR!... If you have one.." he said, voice echoing through the empty night.

Quit tried to run along with her pace as he got dragged around. "She's really strong.." he thought.

She slowed down a bit when she came to the busier town center, night drivers puttering by in automobiles. Frankly, Star didn't like the noisy things, but hopefully soon they'd go out of style, for they smelled too. When she made sure that there were no autos to hit her or Quit, she strolled up to the massive Town Hall, hoping Quit was right.

Quit stared at the secretary. "Come on.. This is of great importance to her.. Please?" he begged the woman. She seemed to peer into his being, glaring into his eye.

"no thank the gods, mum never told him. I dont even think he sucspects" she laugh half heartedly "he couldnt get in any ways i made it so the security wont let him in" she said thinking

The woman rolled her eyes, then paged the mayor. "Some.... um... kids come to see you. (Please don't fire me)" Star leapt up with joy and rushed up the carpeted stairs to his office. "The moment of truth!"

avana went and checked all the cabnints for food, they were stocked full. She then went into the frigg to make sure every thing was still good, she bought[sp] fresh pareshables the day before so everything was fine. She then went into the baths and cleaning saply cabnints, all full and stocked. "ok you guys are all good, everything is stocked and clean, just pick a room" she said aloud

Quit gave a tiny nod. "Me and my friend were walking, when we noticed a gang robbery, and some people even got injured.. I mean, what kind of mayor would get re-elected after he let mur.derers run amok? Not a good one, Iii say." Quit said, quite happy with the way he stated it.

"You have all the city records for police and firefighters and other important stuff, right?" The mayor eyed her. "Yes.... and...?" Star smiled. "Well, can you see if any of them are related to me?" The mayor looked skeptical. "I can only do it by looks... so possibly..." He eyed her a bit longer, then dismissed it as simple curiousity.

Neo looked around. "Well, I don't know any restaraunts around here, though... Do you Avana? Any nice ones?" She glanced back at the panther with pleading eyes.

Quit had quite a cheer party in his head. "It worked! I can't believe it! My plans don't usually work!" he shouted in his head, but he kept quite still in real life for being so enthusiastic.. ((XD Quit you dork..))

The mayor coughed as he shuffled through his desk. "Here. Copies." He tossed them at Star, who caught them, grinning from ear to ear. "THABK YOU MR.MAYOR." The mayor smirked and dismissed them. "Now go, I'm still busy." Star practically hopped out the door. Once she was out, she sat against the wall and started crying. "Maybe I'll have an actual home." She said through sobs of happiness.

Star followed the cat's directions and ended up at the police station. It was humble and surrounded by police buggies, which is just what she expected. Stopping to catch her breath, Star stared at the double doors, just in case anyone left. And someone did exit. A average-sized man with floppy ears and lavendar spots. Star didn't care that her sides hurt and her breath came quick, she sprinted over to him and embraced his midsection (for she isn't that tall) and stood there while the bewildered man stared down at her, confused.

Mary Sue suspected something was a little off when her cute ugly uncle tried to decapitate her when she was just six years old. Nevertheless, she lived a relatively normal life among other humans.

It wasn't until she bumped into the devilishly awkward ghost, Quit Forrest, that her life finally began to make sense.

However, Quit proved to be un-threatening and seemed to have an unhealthy obsession with yelling. Mary soon learnt that Quit had taken an oath never to scratch a human being.

When Mary's cute ugly uncle is injured in a golfing accident, Mary realises her own life is at risk.

Despite Quit's dorkiness and adorableness, Mary finds herself falling for the ghost. Only fate will decided whether he kills or protects her.

One night, a Cutter I guess appears before Mary and warns her of a darkness within Quit. The Cutter I guess gives Mary the crumpled spear - the only weapon that can defeat a awkward ghost.

Will Mary find it in herself to kill the only creature who has ever made her feel truly uncomfortable? (Hint: yes!)

Star backed away and looked uo at the man thay was her father. He was looking away, twiddling his thumbs. It was probably... awkward for him to know that he had hadn't known she existed before now. Star turned back to look at Quit when her father finally said something. "So... um... you're my kid... I guess." He chuckled nervously, still not making direct eye contact.

Star nodded. "Yeah.... why weren't you with mom?" She tilted her head, too innocent for her own good. Her father huffed. "I was young, I didn't make good desisions...." He paused. "If you catch my drift..." He takes a look at the watch on his wrist and winces. "Goodness, I'm late. Gotta go..." He starts to leave and Star asks him if she and Quit can come. He turns his head around to eye Star and Quit, then sighs. "Umm... I suppose..." Star smiles and motions for Quit, following her dad to his auto.

Quit followed Star, and glanced at the large car."Woah. Wow, that's a impressive car." he said.

(I forgot to mention this, but most of the cars are back to about Model-T technology and the majority of people use animal-drawn buggies. {Not specifically horses})

Star entered the backseat, afraid to be in one of the noisy things. She prepaired for the awkward drive to her father's home, hoping to at least stike up a conversation with Quit.

Quit glanced at the large vehicle. "I haven't seen one of these since those "Genuine horse ride carridges"..." he said, staring at the large carridge type of mobile.

Quit hopped in, hearing the noisy automobile rumble a tad. "Whoa.. This is kinda retro." he said to Star.

Star turned to Quit as the car puttered down the crowded city streets. "So, where do you come from? Certainly not here... no offense." She grinned cheekily.

Quit loooked at her. "Well, this may sound odd, but we have things called computers, and cellphones. You get the gist? Sorry if you don't." he said, looking at her with a sheepish smile.

((XD Dog cars in Sunset are controlled with a touchscreen and are moved akin to a train via computers wired, preventing (most) accidents and crashes. vuv))

Star squinted. "I've seen one on a hiest in a museum.... " She paused thinking it over. "Do you come from.... the past?" She laughed despite herself. "I mean... that's silly.... is it?" For a moment, she almost thought it true.

Star almost choked. "200 hundered flipping...! That can blow your brains out!" She stares at Quit, wide eyed. "Man, you ARE from another dimension or something, aren't you?"

((XD Yeeperoo)) "Well actually, the plane's outside is so tough that it completely nulifies any danger to the people inside." he stared at her again. "I thought I probably was.. And now I'm pretty sure of it." he said, pondering the question.

"Weird..." Was all Star could say before the car slammed to a halt in front of a decent-sized home on a small plot of, what looked like, apple orchard. Her father rolled down the windo separating them (to avoid distractions) and smiled. "We're here. Um... just be quiet. You have a tiny half-brother inside..." He chuckled awkwardly, then leapt out of the car.

Wandering into the cozy living room, Star saw what her father was talking about, for there on the floor, a woman and a pup slept. (Don't judge, they were tired. XD) She paused, not wanting to wake them up.

Star stared for a few moments longer. Before now, she didn't think she'd ever seen a puppy this young. Her heists were mostly at night, when other children were asleep. She then timidly backed up, and accidentally bumped into Quit when doing so. She stifled a startled squeak and her father came into the room, plopping down on the couch.

Quit made a movement for Star to follow, then followed her father.
