Actually, Sony was just going to help Nintendo to make a CD ad-onn to the SNES, but Nintendo broke the contract and started working with Philips, so Sony got angry and made the Playstation. But it's still a cool pic.

This was what they showed just before Nintendo backed out. It was after they talked about an add on. Did You Know Gaming on You Tube talks about it on the playstation video. Also, sorry for spelling canceled wrong. I corrected it.

Well, at least Sony went on for something else, while Philips produced a CD based console for Zelda. ^_^

I just read about it on Wikipedia and you're right. Sony was originally going to make a CD add-on for the SNES, but then they made Playstation which was originally going to be compatible with SNES games, but then Nintendo broke the contract with Sony and started working with Philips.
