I havent been feeling well latley...All i wanted to do is cry...my chest hurt...it feels so empty...I need a hug...I just want to hold some in my arms...My friend Karen...we r really close...she was there for me even if she did'nt no wat was wrong with me...she walked me and then the more she cared to talk...she pushed those feelings out of me...I cryed...She was able to make release those tears ive held in for a long time.I punch my punching bag but ussually end up throwing stuff...I threw a water bottle yesterday and i guess i threw it hard enough that the cap it self broke from the top...I understand What u feel man :/
