"I'm not sure if you would say that i'm being bullied but, in my school, which is a montessori school, when we go to lunch or recess, we're in lines, but like, half of the people there are talking and aren't in a straight line. It's really frustrating because my teacher makes all of us lose lunch and recess. Another problem is the first and second graders... whenever you use the bathroom, they peek into the stalls and watch you go to the bathroom." (continued in comments)
The Colors! Gallery moderators will look at it as soon as possible.

(continued from description) "I can't do much about it, because as soon as you get out they push you out of the way and use the bathroom stall."

You should talk about it to your parents and the princi.pal! :)

Collective punishment is too immoral and ineffective that even prisons have stopped using it. You need to tell your teacher that punishing everyone is collective punishment, which not only does not work and breeds resentment for those being punished for the actions of others, but actually is against Montessori philosophy because it ignores individuality (autonomy). And, if she says "It's not punishment, it's removing of privlidges" (since Montessori philosophy is against "punishment"), point out that recess and lunch are human rights, not "privlidges". Even prisoners have the right to fresh air and food. If she has never heard of collective punishment or human rights, have her educate herself and go straight to the prici.pal. If enough people stand up, some day schools will stop running like prisons. As for the kids peeping, you'll have to take that to the princi.pal or at least a school councilor and suggest they install better dividers to prevent spying or come up with a solution.

If you know people in your school with these same problems, have them get their parents involved. Minors are the only minority it's ok to openly discriminate against and deny basic human rights to, so you need to involve adults. If enough parents complain, the school will change, so round up your friends and create a plan to involve your parents. Things can change if enough people get involved.
