as stated on the privacy policy on the website, "This site is intended for use by people age 13 and older." colors allows kids to use the app, but in no way is it intended for them. any kid who isn't suppose to see this shouldn't be on here, or should have a parental guardian to watch over what they can and cannot see. as for this painting it would most likely be rated as T for teen. 13 being the age of a teen.
