This lady is a witch,which is kinda different from a mage. A witch ( the term is always witch no matter gender) is born without black magic and if they study black magic and sucessed they will we become a Mage(who are born with black magic and almost always have evil intents.) Kaine who is also a Mage has studied white magic lessened the evil inside him.
Anyway Neela helps patch up Nev sometimes when Janey and him are around. She's sweet and motherly but tough.
