By @Witzke. Finally uploaded here ouo Yay! Here's a water puffin. It's wings are like penguins flippers and has a dorsal fin. This is kinda sonething that I just made quickly. I kinda like it, and I kinda don't. It's only beta so yeah. I hope you enjoyed! : D

Lol Yaaay I commented first on my own painting ^XD^ Now that I look at it I think it might've looked better if I shrunk the size of it a little in this pic. Hmmph. Oh well.
