Do you mean their parents confuse the babies of who is who?( If that so, no they don't because they are fraternal twins //i guess thats the way they are called when they don't look alike//)
About the breastfeeding... i decide it that way because i think nature was not very fair with the parents things...Also the male twoe one is the one who feel the pain when they are giving birth o3o i guess ill explain how this work one day lol
